Willow Bend Lake Association 2004 FISHING REGULATIONS As recommended by the Fishing Committee and adopted at the March 10, 2001 Annual Meeting Walleye - 18" Large Mouth Bass - 15" White Bass or   Wipers - 12" Crappie - 10" Perch - 8" NO MINNOWS ALLOWED Minnows increase the problems with "junk" fish in the lake; and in an effort to build our fishing stock in the lake ALL MINNOWS HAVE BEEN BANNED. NO WAKE BOATING IN THE FISHING LAKE Once you have crossed south under the bridge a NO WAKE BOATING rule is in effect for the fishing lake (south branch of the lake). The association is currently trying to build fish cover and boat waves dislodge and hinder the fish cover growth what will help build the fish stock in the lake. NO WAKE = NO WAKE.
